Vista Mar is the first luxury high-rise development in Jaco, appeals to the most discriminating visitor by offering one of the largest condos with the best views of the coast-line and the surrounding mountains. Residence is a luxurious 2400 sq. ft 3 bedroom, 3 bath condominium. It is located on the 3rd floor and has balconies off one of the bedrooms and one off the living room. The condo is fully furnished and designer decorated. All dishes, bedding, linens and towels etc. are provided. You are within walking distance to the center of exciting Jaco.
Jaco is an exciting village full of life all hours of the day and night. There are souvenir and gift shops, local clothing and artisan shops, close to 100 restaurants as well as bars, casinos and several discotheques for late night dancing. Divers enjoy the reefs and exotic fish. Besides surfing and swimming you can horseback ride on the beach or in the mountains, go on a canopy tour or visit a butterfly farm. The area boasts of some of the best deep sea fishing in the world, with record breaking catches of marlin, tuna and sailfish. There are real estate services, supermarkets, internet cafes and pharmacies. Other professional services include doctors, dentists, massage therapists, chiropractors and lawyers.
THE CONDO: This unit has 2 King size beds and 1 Queen size bed in the 3 bedrooms. Two have ensuite bathrooms and the third is right next to the bedroom, off the hall.
There are 3 sofas in the living room, a double sofa bed, leather sofa and leather loveseat. There are 3 digital safes, one in each bedroom to store your valuables.
WiFi internet is throughout the condo, so bring your laptop or smartphone if you need to stay connected.
There's a view of the beach from the balcony and condo, with amazing sunsets every night.
COCAL HOTEL & CASINO: The newly renovated Cocal hotel and Casino are right next door with an oceanfront restaurant, 2 pools and two Tiki Bars.
Vista Mar has its own pool and mini gym, but full access to Cocal's amenities are included. This location is Party Central and is not appropriate for most families or young children.
