It consists of a living room with open kitchen equipped with every comfort including dishwasher, table, chairs and double sofa bed. Double bedroom with air conditioning and bathroom with shower. The outdoor area is equipped with a covered patio with table and chairs, a convenient washing area and barbecue. One free parking space on the road in front of the property.

Only 9 km from Formia with ferries to the Pontine Islands and the station with trains to Rome and Naples every hour.
