The best downtown San Diego has to offer is literally downstairs from this amazingly modern condo. There is one private bedroom with a queen size bed and a full bathroom. The second room is a semi-private den with a comfortable futon bed and it's own private full guest bathroom. I love to play music so my condo comes with an acoustic guitar. People watching is my second favorite thing to do here. Expect to see hundreds of people from the balcony every weekend. 6th Ave is known for hosting many parades and block parties like Comic-Con, St. Patricks Day, etc... It is very rare to find a condo this spacious and modern in the heart of all the action.
