THE SPACE:
From the lobby, take the elevator up to the 17th floor to your private residence. Upon entry, you are immediately flooded with natural light due to the homes large windows spanning the length of your living space as well as in both bedrooms. The kitchen is completed with all top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, & a breakfast bar. The kitchen flows right into the dining space& living area equipped with a mounted SMART TV. The living room sofa pulls out into a double sleeper sofa to accommodate up to two people. Off of the living room there is a spacious private balcony where you can enjoy beautiful ocean views from Coronado to Point Loma. The city scape is absolutely breathtaking from here. The floorplan allows maximum privacy for occupants with each bedroom on either end of the unit, thus sharing no walls between them. The primary suite is on the left-hand side with large windows, an ensuite bath with granite countertops, a double vanity, & large walk-in shower. The secondary bedroom receives just as much sunlight & has a full bath just outside the door to share with the common living spaces. This unit also has a full-sized stacked washer & dryer for your convenience. The Legend is right in the middle of all that downtown has to offer. Between the vibrant East Village, the lively Gaslamp Quarter, & the proximity to the marina & additional shopping & restaurants at Seaport Village there is not a better location!
