The two-tier living room is furnished for relaxation and features a 50" plasma wide-screen HDTV with Comcast cable, a gas fireplace, and access to a large deck with a BBQ grill and a private outdoor hot tub.
The open floor plan connects the dining and kitchen areas, with granite countertops, a dining table, hardwood floors, and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. The large dining area also serves as a workspace, offering free in-unit wireless internet and multiple laptop plug-ins. The main level also includes a full bathroom and laundry room.
The lower level houses 3 main bedrooms, all with mountain furnishings, comfortable bedding, TV's, DVD and/or VCR, and cable.
The primary bedroom features a Queen bed with cable TV, DVD, and a bonus bathroom with a jetted tub and stereo entertainment. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms also have queen beds and share a hallway bathroom.
The loft area is perfect for kids with an open sitting area, PS2 and standard TV, DVD, and cable.

The home has a ground floor entrance and 3 interior levels.The residence is equipped with a security surveillance system positioned outside, covering the driveway and the entrance leading to the front door.
Parking: Garage parking for 2 vehicles with additional spots in the driveway. Please note there is no parking allowed on the street.

House Rules: No smoking and no pets allowed at the unit and is strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $200 per day if found smoking or if they bring a pet on the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
