Built in 1888, this building is now home to 39 fully-furnished, micro-unit apartments designed for innovation, collaboration and connection to Chattanooga! Here in the City Center you will be within walking distance to food, shopping, night life and more! Conveniently centered between the Southside and the Northshore, you can easily walk, scooter, or drive to all of Chattanooga's favorite experiences.

Your studio is outfitted with an extra-long full size bed, a wardrobe with drawers and space to hang clothes, a desk + two chairs, a efficiency seating, and a kitchenette. However, there is no television in the space. You'll have access to your room as well as to the four shared spaces throughout the building (two full-size kitchens, a living room, and a large multi-purpose room.) You're also welcome to use the laundry room, which is card/coin-operated. Great bars and restaurants are a stones-throw away on MLK Blvd, and you're also less than a mile from both the Southside and riverfront areas. The Tomorrow Building is right in the middle of downtown Chattanooga! You are walking/biking distance from almost anything. We're close to three Bike Chattanooga (shared bike) stations, a (free) electric shuttle stop, have an electric car share outside our front door, and are walking distance from almost anything.
