Enjoy a large (24 feet x 36 feet) private swimming pool, a game room with a Ping-Pong table, two floors of east-facing decks, and three floors of west-facing decks to cover both sunrises and sunsets.
This custom-built family home comes complete with eight bedrooms (six with private bathrooms), a spacious kitchen with granite countertops and an island, and an enormous second-floor great room with gorgeous views. Each room is beautifully furnished, with hardwood floors and tile in the gathering rooms.
Additional features include 10 TVs, cable service, high-speed WiFi, a washer/dryer, a gas grill, picnic tables, plentiful outdoor seating, an outdoor shower (with hot and cold water), basketball, and three refrigerators.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October.
The fireplace is not for guest use.
This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
