Come and stay with your family and friends in this beautiful beach-themed vacation home under new ownership. The house is set along the Back Bay and has immense natural beauty. Situated within walking distance of the beach, you'll feel the sunshine on your face while using the beach access points, which are easily found and marked by signs.
Enjoy watching the spectacular sunset views over the magnificent Back Bay from the upper deck, hot tub, or on the dock. Plenty of seating is available when taking in the breathtaking views. Rinse off in the outdoor hot/cold shower after spending the day at the beach or swimming in the fenced private pool, equipped with a cabana bar and more seating. A full-size refrigerator, mini-fridge, propane BBQ grill, sink, and outdoor TV are all included to help you enjoy your vacation.
Back Bay Dog (formerly known as '4 the 9') offers guests a comfortable beach paradise experience. Among the amenities are a private sauna in the sunroom, seating in the dining area for 15, leather chair comfort in the living area, and a 55-inch TV for viewing from anywhere in the great room.
The downstairs of the house hosts the laundry area. All bedrooms come equipped with cable TV. Other perks include a dock for crabbing and fishing and WiFi.
