Positive: We went to Belogradchik by Bus from Sofia, and arrived at 9 pm, but the Staff welcomed us in person and explained about the apartment in English. There are shared kitchen, fridge, and laundry and you can use all free. The staff replies very quickly even before check-in on booking. com app. After check-in, we could exchange WhatsApp with him and we could ask him anything during our stay. He recommended the “Magura cave” and helped us to reserve the taxi to get there. We needed a car to go to “Magura cave”, but we didn’t have one, so it was really helpful. According to him, there is one taxi in Belogradchik, so if you go there in high-season, perhaps you should ask him earlier. Overall, it is the best apartment in Belogradchik!
