" We loved this property because it sits on a quiet corner lot , and so easy to get to everywhere travelers want to go. Whether it's the Strip, Airport, Allegiant Stadium, T-Mobile Arena, Chinatown, you really can't ask for a better location. The big pool and spa and great layout of the house were also winners. Our house has 7 total beds and four individual bedrooms....
- Bedroom 4 is downstairs and accessible without stairs from the garage. It has a single queen-sized bed, and a bathroom adjacent to it (there are two direct doorways to this bathroom from both the bedroom and hallway)
- Bedroom 1, is the primary suite, is on the second floor, and there is a King size bed, as well as a twin sized trundle/daybed (two twin beds)
- Bedroom 2 is the adjacent bedroom, and has a plush queen sized bed
- Bedroom 3 has two twin sized beds.

- Chinatown: Home to nearly 100 restaurants and the heart of the locals food scene is less than 7 minutes away
- Las Vegas Strip: One of the most visited streets in the world, is an easy 11 minute Uber ride.
- Allegiant Stadium: Home of the Raiders and the 2024 Super Bowl is exactly 10 minutes away
- Formula 1 is 12 minutes away
- Summerlin, one of the largest most upscale master planned communities in America, is 10 minutes to the west
- Booming southwest valley, home to UFC, Uncommons, Ikea, and massive development is a few minutes to the south
- Spring Valley Hospital is 5 minutes away
Uber or Lyft are affordable given close proximity to the city center. Taxis work great too. Renting a car is an ideal option for driving around like locals do, and renting a car is also a good value in Vegas.
Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking.
* We have security cameras facing the street and in the front door.
* We have noise monitoring device in the backyard and in the living room. These devices only records the decibels to monitor noise level during quiet hours but NO audio recording.
All of them are on 24/7 and for security purposes. There is no camera in private area or anywhere inside the house. Security cameras solely facing the street (as required by the City)
