Christmas and New Year's weeks are available at Harborside Resort at Atlantis, Bahamas, a premium 1,367 sq.ft. two bedroom lock-off villa in the desirable Phase I, sleeps 8. The two bedroom premium villas are spacious, beautifully appointed, and feel more like vacation homes than a typical resort accommodation. Villas have been freshly renovated in 2024. Guests will have full access to Atlantis waterpark and attractions for up to 8 people for the entire week at no additional charge.
Included in the two bedroom premium villa are: two bedrooms with king-size beds, two full bathrooms with whirlpool tubs, two living areas with two king-size sofa beds, HDTVs, DVD players and Bose® sound systems, a fully-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove-top, microwave-convection oven, toaster, coffee maker & blender and a separate 6-seat dining area and a kitchenette with two-burner cooktop, microwave/convection oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender and dinnerware, two washers and dryers, private balcony / patio with outdoor furniture, in-room safe.
You will full have access to all of the Atlantis property just by booking the villa. You will be able to enjoy Aquaventure, a world famous water park with thrill slides, refreshing pools and miles of white sandy beaches, explore marine habitats and marine exhibits, dine at Fresco and other fine dining and casual restaurants, try your luck at the Atlantis Casino, and shop at the Crystal Court Shops in Marina Village. A short walk around the marina will bring you to the main lobby of the Atlantis property, where you can hop on a shuttle to get around Atlantis. Shuttles will also bring you to a local grocery store, so you can take full advantage of your kitchens and dining rooms.
There is a free gym, business center equipped with desks and computers available to all Atlantis guests. WiFi is free in the lobby, $25 per day in the room. Only fixed Christmas and New Year's weeks are available, December 19-26, 2026 and December 26, 2026 - January 2, 2027. Daily rentals or half week rentals are not available. This resort is part of a timeshare and you may be invited to attend a sales presentation. Any participation is always optional and never required when booking through KOALA.
