1. Bring in combustible or explosive materials or items of strong and unpleasant odour.
2. Smoke or vape in the property.
3. Bring in animals or pets.
4. Bring or introduce persons not registered as house guests in order to stay.

6. Leave electrical and gas appliances (TV, hob, oven, etc.) unattended at any time during the stay in the property.

8. Disturb the peace of the neighbours in a period from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. and make excessive noise by using the radio, TV, or other appliances, as well as musical instruments.
9. Exceed the maximum number of guests that can stay at the property. This will help ensure the safety of guests and prevent overcrowding.
10. Use the internet facilities provided to commit a crime in the property, and there is a fair usage policy in place.
The guest is obliged to:
1. Abide by house rules and use the facilities, inventory, and equipment with utmost care.
2. In case of disappearance or damage to the installations, furniture, appliances, or equipment, please notify the host of the property. If the disappearance or damage occurred due to the fault of the guest, the guest is required to reimburse the appropriate value of the items.

2. In the absence of the guest, in particular circumstances, the host may enter the property to prevent possible damage or danger. The host is obliged to inform the guest during the next contact about his/her entry into the apartment.

1. Ensure peace and provide guest with all the necessary assistance with their accommodation.
2. Deliver/keep or send all forgotten or found items to the guest. The postal cost will, however, be paid by the guest after the actual cost is established.
