The living room boasts a large flat-screen TV and ample seating for guests, with two floor-to-ceiling windows and a sliding glass door providing breathtaking views of the Gulf beyond the balcony. A dedicated laundry room is conveniently located next to the kitchen for added convenience.
The SW King Suite offers guests a luxurious retreat with a king bed, large dedicated closet, TV, and private bathroom with both a bathtub and shower stall. Floor-to-ceiling windows and a sliding glass door provide direct access to the back covered porch and stunning views of the Gulfside beach. The NW Bedroom features two full beds, a dedicated closet, and TV, while the NE Queen Bedroom offers a queen bed, dedicated closet, and TV. A common bathroom with a double vanity and bathtub is located in the hall leading to the two northern bedrooms.

1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
