The 2,100 square feet, eclectic CasaEast is a thoughtfully and beautifully laid out, brand new 4 level home located in the heart of East Nashville. Due to its unique floor plan, the house works well for bachelorette parties, family reunions, groups of friends, couples traveling together, or colleagues on a business trip. There are several areas within the house for groups to convene or to serve as retreats for each individual to get away from it all. The space is gorgeous with hardwood floors throughout and natural light coming in through every window.
Upon entering, you will find a small foyer and hallway that connect to the garage. Also, on this level, a Queen guestroom, complete with a full bathroom makes for the perfect secluded space.
The second floor is always breathtaking, -we call it the loft life - coming up the stairs from the ground level, a wide-open floor plan greets and beckons you to stay, linger and entertain. The kitchen island is the perfect focal point for lively cocktails and conversation, while the living room and dining room offer ample comfort in a strikingly inviting atmosphere.
The Master Suite is located on the third floor and features a king bed, in-suite bathroom with walk-in dual-head shower and a custom built closet. The 3rd guestroom is also on this floor, a queen size bed adjacent to a full bathroom complete the repertoire.
On the 4th level, The Roof Deck is the pinnacle of a perfect morning for reading the paper and drinking coffee, working on your yoga practice or it can be the ideal outdoor spot where your group can convene over a glass of wine or cocktail before departing for a night of honky-tonking.

Each bedroom has been designed to have its own unique flair but we've also put a lot of thought into ensuring our guestrooms offer a high level of comfort. Each bed has been outfitted with pillow top mattresses, two different kinds of pillows and lush, organic, 100% cotton sheets. You will sleep in the clouds.
We believe in traveling light. Our bathroom provisions include Sulfate Free Shampoo & Conditioner and Organic Shower Gel.
We want you to feel right at home whether you are visiting us for one night or one month. With your comfort in mind, we have placed two bathrobes in each guestroom closet.
We keep our fridge stocked with complimentary soft drinks and bottled water and our Keurig machine with a nice selection of Starbucks coffee blends. We are happy to customize our offerings prior to your arrival based on your personal preferences.
