The basement is fully developed with a large bedroom with a queen size bed, a 4 piece bathroom and a recreation/living room with a wet bar just perfect for watching the big game or a movie with popcorn. The sunny west back yard is where you will want to have your morning coffee while the kids play on the artificial turf. It is just perfect for your summer BBQ especially with the electronic awning to offer shade on hot summer days. There is also a queen size air mattress available upon request. Also queen size hide a bed in living room too. We are close to Westbrook mall- Safeway and Walmart- plus walking distance to Pubs- Restaurants.
