New to HomeAway This Villa is in one of the prime locations in Moraira. With views down to the coast and across to the Town which takes 15 minutes to walk. The Villa sits in a large plot with parking for several cars and is in a quite area, with little traffic. There is a large upper bedroom with a separate area with a Cot and changing mat as well as a shower room with bath. We have equipped the Villa for Families to enjoy there stay with 8 new sun beds, two large Umbrellas, lots of floaties for the lovely 10x4 pool, which is serviced twice a week, paddling pool for the babies, High chair, outdoor dining for 8, BBQ, indoor dining , well equipped kitchen. All bedrooms have newly fitted En-suites. In the lounge, which is large, there are two, three seater sofas TV, DVD, Wi Fi, Hi Fi with blue tooth, and radio in the kitchen. In the Garage there is a washing machine and airer. two sets of Golf Clubs. After every stay we have a Professional cleaning company go through the property, making your stay like home from home. All lining and towels are provided along with the beach towel.
There is also a CCTV camera viewing the front gate.
