A newly renovated, beautifully decorated, 97 m2, 2 bedrooms, 2nd floor apartment, with plenty of light and balconies all around, in a quiet neighborhood in Kallithea district, only a 7 minute walk from Syggrou Ave which is a major bus lane connecting Kallithea with the metro system, the city center, Akropolis, Peiraias port, and Eleutherios Venizelos airport. The distance to Akropolis and the historical center is 2.8 km and to Syntagms square 3.2 km.
Although quiet, the neighborhood covers all needs, being at walking distance from minimarkets, baker's, tavernas, Indian, Chinese, Italian and Greek restaurants, a stadium, museum and cultural centers, a park and even pharmacist's and dental clinics. Usually one can freely park a car outside the building, but there are also taxis, subway trains and public buses one can use to visit the sights or the beaches.
There are 12 steps after the building entrance and then an elevator lifts you up to the 2nd floor, 2 persons at a time. If you have very heavy baggage consider using the elevator 1 person at a time.
The apartment provides 4 single beds in two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a free internet/office small room, a huge dinning/living room with a 50 inches flat TV screen netflix ready, a 6.5 kilos washing machine in the bathroom, and a church view through the kitchen balcony ;).Most furniture and all electrical appliances are new, as are the beds and

In the kitchen you can use all pans/kettles/dishes and tools you might need for cooking, including a filter coffee maker and a Dolce Gusto capsules one. There is also a safety main entrance door and air-condition machines in every bedroom and in the living room.
