Lounge on zero gravity chairs in the sand and later walk to some of the best restaurants and bars in the Milford/West Haven area. Choices of seafood, pizza, Chinese restaurants all within walking distance. Also a small grocery. If you prefer to cook, you will find a well-appointed kitchen and a breakfast bar or dining table for 8. Restful but lots of fun!
The space
There is a handicap accessible ramp that gives access to the first floor of the home for everyone. There is a full bathroom on the first floor - gorgeous views, couch, comfortable chairs and dining and office areas all accessible to those with mobility challenges. While they cannot go upstairs, they can enjoy the views and the beautiful sea breezes!
Light-filled kitchen and dining area with a spectacular view of the Long Island Sound greet you when you open the front door! Walk to the family room with its panoramic views . Comfortable couch and a flat screen tv in that room - along with an office area where you can set up your laptop and watch the tides change. Upstairs you will find three carpeted bedrooms - one bedroom with an ocean view and a king size bed, the second bedroom has ocean views and another king size size bed and the third smaller bedroom has bunkbeds. Large bathroom on that floor with a huge walk-in shower.
Zero-gravity chairs for the backyard along with sand chairs for the beach. There is a Blackstone gas fired griddle for cooking out - or if you prefer, you can walk to one of the best seafood restaurant in the area. (RipTide) along with a fun bar (The Dive Bar) with the best burgers around. There is also take-out pizza, Chinese food and a small grocery store - all within walking distance from the house.
