Quiet 1 Bedroom Guest House, is perfect for a couple, single, or professional who may be in need of temporary housing such as; students, business training, education, medical stays, or homeowners who are between Closings, and vacationers. The guest house serves another purpose for our larger parties visiting for wedding, graduations and reunions. For grandparents or individuals who cannot climb stairs. If you are here for an event with family members, this separate guest house can offer some privacy from the group, such as with a new baby needing more quiet and rest. It has been remodeled with contemporary furnishings and flat screen televisions with full cable and internet. Enjoy a comfortable outdoor patio with grill at your leisure as well as various sitting areas around the yard. Very clean and comfortable. Just a block and a half away from shopping and dining, so there's no need to drive to dinner. We have a small breakfast cafe two houses down for an easy start to the day. I purchased this property in 2012 which had been a Bed & Breakfast for over 20 years. I have completely upgraded and remodeled the property, making it a modern comfortable place for all of my guests. An added bonus to your stay includes the tea store located next to the Guest House-- Organica Herb & Tea Co. voted "Best of Colorado Springs". We offer hundreds of teas, herbs, and alternative medicine, also perfect for our medical stay guests and tea enthusiasts.
