Situated on a private plot of 2000 m2 with a landscaped garden and well-designed outdoor areas, the property is only 1,5 km from the quaint and traditional village of Plaka (850 meters by foot), and 3km from the beach of Almyrida.
The ground floor includes a living room with open kitchen and access to the terrace and pool area, 2 bedrooms (one of which with access to the pool area), and a shared bathroom. The spacious pool area has views to the sea, the White Mountains, and Souda Bay.
The first floor includes a master bedroom and a private bathroom, and access to a large terrace with panoramic views of the sea, the lush valley of Apokoronas, and the impressive mountains.
The lower floor has a separate entrance and includes a bedroom, a large bathroom and utility room, and a second living room with TV and a sofa bed. The lower floor is not suitable for use during high season summer months as it does not have airconditioning.
This lovely villa is built to modern standards, both indoors and outdoors. Light and airy interiors set the tone for modern and stylish Mediterranean living in comfort and relaxation.
The large pool area is complimented by 2 pergolas providing shade for both lounging and dining, especially the BBQ area.
