Sleep up to 11 in this 4BR/2BA Tarpon Springs duplex. Here you'll find all the comforts of home, including flat-screen TVs, a game room with a pool table, ping-pong and foosball table, and gas grills for cooking out! Outside, there's a private fenced yard, shady porch, and a private heated pool.
Traveling with a larger group? You can rent both halves of the duplex to sleep up to 22, with the perfect combination of privacy and togetherness. Both sides of the duplex have their own private pool! Each villa can open their respective interior door and it turns into an 8BR/4BA home. Each of the two interior doors is dead-bolted, so there cannot be any unwanted entry.
It's 3 blocks to the beach park, with cabanas, picnic tables, and grills. There is also a large playground and volleyball area. Try the local favorite, Miss Vicki's on the River! Close by beaches include Anclote Key State Park and Caladesi Island.
INSIDE THE HOUSE
Hardwood floors shine in the airy living room, and two beige couches seat six. There's a 49” flat-screen for your favorite shows. The kitchen features white cabinetry, a double sink, and all-white appliances with fun beachy decor throughout. A handsome wood dining table seats six.
Sink into a king bed in the master bedroom, decked out with vaulted ceilings, wicker furniture, and a 42” flat-screen TV. An en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom features two twin bunk sets; one has a full-size bed on the bottom.
The third bedroom has a queen bed. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed and an exceptionally roomy feel. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
The spacious front patio features vaulted ceilings, a love seat, and two accent chairs. Access the pool area through the garage -- there you'll find a table with five cushioned chairs, lounge chairs, gas grills, and a heated pool.
This property is pet-friendly. Parking is available for three cars in the driveway and one in the private garage. All leases require a minimum 31-night term.
THE LOCATION
Step outside and wander the streets for an authentic taste of old Florida. Your rental is located right where the Anclote River meets the Gulf of Mexico, and world-famous Clearwater Beach is only a short ride away. Some of America's most renowned beaches are within a quick drive -- including Honeymoon Island, Fort De Soto Park, and Caldesia Island.
Miss Vicki's On the River is the local favorite dive bar and restaurant, complete with an indoor/outdoor tiki bar. Rusty Bellies offers to-die-for hush puppies and fantastic seafood (1.7 miles away), and Davidson's Dockside offers seafood plus breakfast, brunch, and good old-fashioned American fare just over 1 mile away. Within a short drive to Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks, you will find plenty of shops, bars and restaurants!
