There are two attached bungalows, each has one bedroom and is a full "apartment" with kitchen, living room, dining area, and bath. Each has a dedicated parking area or carport and a seating area.
The main house has 2 bedrooms and is a very spacious 1,500 sq feet. This unit has a separate patio area with seating for 6. Dedicated parking in the driveway, 2 or more cars.
There is a large back yard that is shared between the three units. Lush tropical landscaping, privacy, hot tub, barbecue, shared dining area.
Island Hopper, Suncoast Beach Trolley, Uber, and many other options are available for getting around town from St PETE Beach to Clearwater as well as into St. Petersburg and Tampa.
We are a located on string of small barrier islands off the Gulf of Mexico in central Florida. This property is situated between the Gulf Beach (489' from property), Boca Ciega bay (300' from property) on the east, and John's Pass (about 500') to the north.
John's Pass Village and Boardwalk is just over the drawbridge. It is the setting for many outdoor festivals. You will find restaurants, shopping, local artisans, fishing, dolphin watching, sunset tours, boat rentals, night life, and more. Take a cruise on a pirate ship or sit back and watch the Christmas boat parade.
Treasire Island is the home of Sanding Ovations sand sculpture competition. This years festivities begin mid-November.
