This spacious 2100 s.f. pool home is the perfect spot for a fun filled vacation on Boca Ciega Bay. Relax by the large pool (and hot tub!), swim a few laps, watch the dolphins play or enjoy fishing from your private dock (Poles provided!). Fire up the grill and cook your catch on the patio (Grill provided). The sugar white sands of Treasure Island, restaurants and shopping are just a short walk or drive from this great water front getaway.
**please note that while this property does have a water front dock, no boats may be docked / moored without written permission from owner of property. There is a permanent vessel docked at this residence. Guests are not permitted to board this boat. The boat is under video surveillance. This is the ONLY item under surveillance at the home and is limited to the boat only. There is no video surveillance of the pool/spa or home**
