Beautiful Beach house in Million dollar neighborhood. One house back with exceptional waterfront views. The waves will Lull you to sleep. Can watch beautiful sunsets from upper level balconies. Within 20 feet of Surf and sand and lots of activities including watching them surf from the balconies. The Famous 1920's Belmont park and restaurants are in walking distance and shopping too. Has a two car garage but one is for a compact size and the other SUV. Beach decor throughout so you will feel like you are in Hawaii!
The neighborhood:: Our home is located one house back from the boardwalk which is really nice because you can still view and see what the oceanfront has to offer as far as views but without the noise factor. So at night it is much quieter because of the protection you get from being one back. The neighborhood is exclusive with million dollar homes. You get the same views as the million dollar homes but at a very good price. There is a two car garage one for SUV and other for a small compact car. There is a washer dryer on the property.
Cleaning Fee is included:: We will have our agreement form come out to you to read and sign if you agree to the terms and there will be a security deposit, which is totally refundable upon the checking out of our home after you depart within 14 days. Also there is a room tax of 10.5% to the rental price and the cleaning fee will be included in the rate. You will have fresh linens and towels and a totally equipped kitchen. All you need is your suitcase and your in.
