Summary:
You'll love this fantastic newer luxury beach home with FIVE bedrooms, FOUR full bathrooms, outdoor patio, grassy lawn, POOL & HOT TUB (April through October). The home is filled with natural light and features all queen and king beds, comfy deluxe furniture, gourmet kitchen with quartz counters and breakfast bar, large flat screen TV's in two living areas plus a tv in two of the bedrooms too. We feature Moulton Brown and Beekman 1802 soap and shampoo/conditioner.
The Space:
You'll love the layout- with one queen bedroom suite on the main level, plus an open kitchen/living/dining area that seats 10 people, wrapped around the pool and hot tub patio and with access to the lawn and outdoor shower, plus a gas grill too. Upstairs is a huge spa-like primary suite, plus another bedroom and bathroom, and upstairs laundry. In the lower level are two more large bedrooms and a full bathroom, plus a second living area perfect for a movie night.
Guest Access:
Guests can access the home using the electronic keypad on the front door, which has codes that are automatically activated and deactivated automatically for security.
The Neighborhood:
You'll love the location- walk to the beach in 15 minutes, bike in 5, and just a block to a playground, the Tuesday Farmer's Market, Egg restaurant (great for brunch!) Rise Up! Coffee, and Royal Farms. Plus you can easily walk to our favorite restaurants- Sazio, Lupo, Drift, Henlopen City Oyster House and more.
Getting Around:
Two free parking spots in our driveway, and during the high season from May 15 - Sept 15, you'll need a parking permit for street parking, including the two spaces in front of the house.
