House Rules:
We are taking extra precautions during these difficult times. Please review the following house rules before you book:
• Please be respectful of the neighbors. No loud noises between the hours of 10pm
and 7am. We have a zero-tolerance noise policy, especially after 10pm. This is the
local ordinance.
• If police or security are dispatched, it will result in a fine levied by police or
security of $1000 and your reservation will be cancelled without refund.
• Smoking indoors of any kind will result in a $500 fine.
• Per our policy AND local laws, tampering with outdoor cameras will result in a fine
of $250 per device occurrence
• Our cleaners are human beings too. Extra cleaning fee may be charged if the
home is left in an unacceptable and messy state.
Some rules to avoid appearing as a "party home":
• No limos, party buses, or other large vehicles in front of the home at any time
• Do not have groups of more than six people waiting in front of the house
• No loud noise in the front or back of the house, and no noise at all after 10pm
outside
• No more than the number of people on the reservation in the home at any given
time, unless otherwise agreed upon. If we find the guest count is more than stated
on the booking, additional fees may be charged and/or your reservation may be
cancelled without refund.
