Positive: Great little apartment. Everything was well sorted. There was enough toilet paper, dishwashing liquid and all those things that tend to run out quickly. It was very clean and spacious. The kitchen worked well. The gym was great, large, good aircon, good equipment - though there was no water or towels or paper towels to clean up after using the equipment. The stairs all the way up to the roof were great, open and well lit. (I like climbing the stairs for exercise) The pool was lovely but there were only chairs for sitting, no sun loungers. The restaurant was good and so was the pub across the road. The staff were great.

Negative: Unfortunately the aircon was next to useless in the bedroom. It only blew a fan. It would not cool down. We asked for help and the staff member agreed it was not working properly and organised a maintenance person for the next morning. No one ever showed up or followed up. We waited till 11am for them. My husband heard someone else complaining about the aircon too. I struggled to sleep as the room was so warm. We left the aircon in the living room on and through the night I would go into that room to cool down then back to the bedroom a number of times throughout the night. It was a disappointment that we couldn’t get a good night sleep due to it being too hot.
