2 Bedroom Apartment in Kvartal Noviya Grad, Bansko
The apartment block was build around 10 years ago, Nick kept the modern yet traditional feel for the block and we only have 18 apartments here. My apartments has a modern interior with well made furniture and a feeling of Quality. Its quiet and peaceful with a great heating system and powerful shower and underfloor heating in the bathroom, and an outside balcony with use of communal Sauna and steam room and gym. (I have 3 apartments-upto 16 people so you can block book, message and ask me)
You have your own Private Balcony, and if you go down the main staircase to the basement and turn left - this gives you access to the sauna, Steam room and gym, roughly 2nd door on your right....... mans changing room sign but access for all.
The bedroom has an extra large kingsized bed and room for a camp bed if needed.
The lounge has 2 sofa s a dining table and 4 chairs, AND a curtained sleeping area around the bunk-beds, wardrobe shelves for your things.
The apartment has an amazing central heating system, a Bathroom with underfloor heating, AND lots of light coming in, it just floods with light.
The garden - just keep going dont take the changing room door, go through the door at the end, turn right and up the steps and the garden and the bbq area are there.
Summer lets also available
In the summer I drop the price to 212 euros per month, if oyu take for a months let, and if oyu decide to take for 3 months it drops to 180 euros per calendar month. I will send you a short hold assured contact to sign and you will also be responsible for paying the electricity bill, which will be nominal. THe email bills i get on line and will pass on to yourself, all you need to do is take a photo of the elec meter and email it to me. CEZ the elec company do send someone round every few months to read the meters or on request.
ALso fitted to the windows are mosquito nets as bansko gets to 38 degrees in summer and this flat has a lovely cool wind blowing from the Rila mountains and predel, and you are situated on the north facing side of the apartment so you get a cool breeze which you will appreciate in the summer months.
