The Space:
Larger than a typical hotel room, the Studio Villa offers spacious accommodations for up to four guests right off of the lake and minutes from Orlando attractions. You’ll experience an unforgettable vacation, onsite dining options, and activities, or splash around in one of the seven outdoor pools at the resort.
The Studio Villa serves as a pleasant retreat after spending an adventurous day at the theme parks or touring the city! Unwind on your private balcony or patio. When you return to your villa, enjoy the convenience of a King Bed, a plush queen sofa bed, a bathroom with jetted tub, kitchenette (no stove) with your own mini refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave.
We are centrally located near your favorite Orlando theme parks and attractions, and when you return, you can relax by the pool or in your villa, your home away from home.

Therefore in order to secure this fantastic deal with us, it is necessary to participate in a 120-minute courtesy snack and a brief preview tour of our luxurious resort. However, there is no obligation to make any purchases during the tour.
Upon check-in, resort taxes of STUDIOS ARE $7-$13, 1BR $9-$16, 2BR $13-$26 per night will be applicable, along with a $100 security deposit. The security deposit will be fully refunded during check-out.
To check in, you must have a real ID and Major Credit Card under your name. Both participants must be fluent in English or Spanish to participate in the resort's presentations.
Pets and Fees
-Service Dogs are welcomed for free with proper documentation. (Emotional support pets do not count)
-A mandatory, non-refundable cleaning fee of $150 will be charged upon check-in for dogs reported to Front Desk. The original security deposit goes up to a $100 but is refunded upon check-out. If the guest does not advise the Front Desk that they have a pet and the pet is found in the room, they will be charged $150, in addition to the $150 deposit.
