Spring has sprung at our little cabin in the woods! Enjoy some peace and quiet and fresh mountain air. Take a dip in the brand new hot tub, BBQ on one of three decks, or make s'mores at the outdoor fire pit. Our Arrowhead Lakes gated community has security, 2 lakes for fishing/swimming/boating, tennis courts, clubhouse, new lodge, fitness center. <30 mins from Jack Frost/Big Boulder, Camelback, Kalahari Indoor Waterpark, Mt. Airy Casino, hiking trails, & much more!

Our cozy mountain home is the perfect getaway for your friends and family to connect, enjoy nature, and simply have a wonderful time!
With three decks and ample outdoor space, there's plenty of seating and room to roam around. Pick up fresh food at the Butcher Shoppe down the road and cook all-year-round on the gas grill.
Smart lock entry for social distant-friendly access. The front and side entrances lead from the multi-level decks for ease of entry into the home. Or, enter through the back into the mudroom after a fun-filled day at one of Arrowhead's beaches and pop your bathing suits right into the laundry room as soon as you walk in.
The high ceiling, large bay windows and multiple skylights provide a light and airy atmosphere. The open floor plan make the living, dining, and kitchen area perfect for entertainment. Kitchen is fully stocked including brand new appliances, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and more. Play one of the many card/board games provided or sit by the fireplace while sipping hot cocoa. There is a large flat-screen TV in the living area and plenty of dining space, both inside at the breakfast bar and dining table or outside on the deck.
Upstairs leads to the large, open loft that is multi-functional. Lounge around on the comfy sofa bed or, if you need a space to work remotely, there is a desk and high-speed internet (500 mbps) for your Zoom meeting.
There are three bedrooms, one downstairs and two upstairs. There are two bathrooms, one on each floor. Comfortably sleeps 8.

MANDATORY RESORT FEES [paid to Arrowhead Lake]: One time $10-25 transaction fee which includes one vehicle, each subsequent vehicle is $15. For guests 12 years and older, wristbands for amenities (winter season: $2 per person per day; summer season: $8 per person, per day) are mandatory year-round.
Must be 25 years and older to book.
Parties/Events are not allowed.
Pets Welcome for $50 Additional Fee: For your pups, there are dog bowls and a bed to make your furry friend feel right at home. (Rest assured even though we welcome pets, we still hold our standards of cleaning very high!)
No refunds will be issued if canceled last minute due to personal Covid-19 issues.
Full refund due to Covid-19 will be issued only if the governor of PA bans short term rentals.
Any damage in the house or not following the house rules will be charged accordingly.
Check-out at the checkout time or time agreed.
$100 penalty for each hour late of checkout.
We are a non-smoking home. Please note there will be a $250 cleaning fee for infringement on this policy.
