The home is near countless restaurants, museums, bars and the world famous French Quarter. This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath home can comfortably sleep 8 guest and is perfect for all travelers.
The home is newly renovated and decorated. The kitchen features an extra large refrigerator, gas stove, electric dishwasher, microwave, pots and pans, and various accessories.
The backyard features outdoor furniture for relaxing in the morning while enjoying your coffee, tea or breakfast. The front porch offers a swing to take in the fun days activities.
In the living room is a 55" HD smart TV with a Roku for you to access your favorite apps. There is high speed internet (wifi) and a brand new washer/dryer in the backroom.
The bedrooms all feature high quality mattresses and hotel style luxury sheets. All bedrooms are equipped with 42" HD smart TVs with Rokus.
The bedrooms are equipped for the following sleeping arrangements: 1 king bed in the master bedroom "Green" room, 1 queen bed in the "Purple" room, and 2 full size beds in the "Peach" room.
Parking: There is street parking in front of the house.
Other Important Information:
Upon booking, we require a photo copy of the lead guest's driver's license which matches the credit card used to book.
Absolutely NO noise after 10pm outside, we do not allow parties or gatherings of any kind at the house. Please be respectful.
We have a minimum age requirement of 25 years old to be able to book the property.
Guest will have access to the entire house. Shared patio with other side of the duplex.
