1st floor/ground floor of a 2 story house. No stairs to climb! Short walk to the Pilot House Restaurant and Marina. Two minutes and your out in the Atlantic Ocean by boat. Close to restaurants and town.
Pool can be heated/cap on electric of $300.
Second floor is not occupied while you are there. We do not rent the top floor while you are there. We only rent the 1st floor January 3 - March 31.
