The ground floor has an open plan living space with a comfortable sitting area and a fully fitted modern kitchen including a dishwasher. In addition there is a large twin bedroom with private balcony and a well-appointed shower room. The living area leads to a veranda with views over the Ionian to the Greek mainland and a small flight of steps to the pool area. Upstairs there is the second shower room, double bedroom leading to another private balcony with breath-taking views up the East Coast of the island and to the Epirus Mountains in the distance. The property also provides an utility storage area with a washing machine, ideal for those with children.
One of the features of this property is the size of the outside space. All constructed of local Paxiot stone, it wraps around the property offering shaded dining facilities and separate seating area, ideal for morning coffee. The private pool has comfortable sun loungers and fixed palm leaf canopies for shade. In addition there is a barbeque for lazy dinners relaxing after a day at the pool.
