3 Bedroom Condo in Ocean Isle Beach
Luxury ocean front condo with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and large secluded deck that overlooks pool and ocean. Sleeps seven people. Parking for 4 cars under condo.
Major renovations were done in January, 2014. The painters repaired the ceilings and walls for a complete condo painting; the carpet layers put down all new carpet and wood flooring in the kitchen; new furniture for the den and the deck; new glass doors on the ocean front; and new stainless steel appliances in kitchen.
Master bedroom has a king bed and both other bedrooms contain two twins - also there is a roll away cot. Twin beds can be slide together to form king size bed. New items added in 2019.
The pool is large and used by only the renters in the eight condos in the complex.
The unit is all on the top floor with two flights of stairs. There is no elevator.
We allow early entry on Saturday check in day. Our check in time is noon, not 4:00 pm as the realtors require. This is a great advantage because it lets our renters get in and get settled before the crowds appear at 4 o'clock.
Notice our pictures of the remodeled kitchen that we had done in January, 2012 and new flooring in 2014. New granite countertops, new cabinets and new drawers.
