Positive: Closeness to highway

Negative: Entry via access code was faffy and didn’t work properly, took over 30 minutes to enter. There was a leak in hallway over fridge and water in shower didn’t drain properly, making bathroom almost flood. Bug net was broken and hardly any plugs in room - had to pick between kettle or fridge
