This beautiful basement apartment is set in a historic 1927 bungalow and situated just minutes from Downtown Asheville in the beloved Montford Neighborhood. Guests will have exclusive access to the studio apartment and shared access to the utility room, as well as the creekside patio out back.
Arrive at this adorable home and lush, landscaped gardens, and follow the stone path to the back of our home to find the entry to the studio. There are three steps down from the pathway to the door. You will enter the utility room first, where you'll find a comfortable area to remove your coat and shoes. Laundry machines are in this room and they are available for your use. The studio features modern and comfortable furnishings, and a full kitchen and bathroom. We provide bedding, towels, and all of the basics to ensure a relaxing stay. There's ample storage in the closet and shelving throughout the space, so you can unpack and make yourself at home. Live plants make this space relaxing and refreshing.
Take in our beautifully landscaped yard by relaxing on the stone patio out back. Reed Creek runs along the back of the property and you may see folks enjoying the greenway on the other side of the creek. At night, relax with a beverage on the patio. And if you're feeling adventurous, try out our outdoor shower.
The studio is perfect for couples that want to enjoy all of the amenities of Downtown Asheville, while having their own space to relax, enjoy a unique experience, and have the convenience to cook their own meals.
