This open concept home has been tastefully upgraded with newly installed flooring to make this a "zero carpet" home. We offer central air conditioning and heating to keep you comfortable year round and you will have the ability to control the temperature with a smart thermostat. In the winter you can also cozy up to our gas fireplace in the living area.
Sleeping arrangements include 3 Bedrooms with 3 queen beds and a comfortable pull out sofa bed in the living room. There are 4 pillows for each bed that offer a variety of ergonomic foam, high and low sizes to accommodate all types of sleepers.
For children and infants we offer a pack ‘n play crib, high chair, step stool, toys and books. We also have a baby gate installed at the top of the stairs going into the basement for additional safety.
We have a Smart TV on the main floor and another in the master bedroom that is available for you to log in to your personal streaming apps like Netflix and Prime Video. We also provide our subscription to AMC, HGTV, Food Network, Game Show Network, Family Channel, CBC and CTV on the main floor TV.
The well stocked kitchen is waiting for your arrival and next meal creation. You can find a spice drawer with 42 spices along with a variety of oils and vinegars to create your next delicious masterpiece.
ACCESS: There is no guest access to the basement or garage as this is used for owner storage and there are no basement tenants. The whole house is privately yours to use and is NOT a shared space. There is a gravel pad in the backyard where a cargo trailer is stored at times that will be off limits to guests. You will not be disturbed during your stay from anyone accessing these areas unless there is a prior agreement between the host and guest.
CONTACT: Let's keep in contact through the VRBO app throughout your stay. If there is an emergency like a fire, flood or sewer back up I can be contacted on my cell phone at any time.
SECURITY: At this property for the host and guest security we use non-invasive smart home technology to monitor decibel levels, temperature and smoke in the common areas. We do NOT record audio or video inside the home. We also have two ring door bell cameras at the front and back door.
EXTRA CLEANING: Extra cleaning during your stay is available at an additional cost and is based on cleaners availability - please inquire before booking. Stays 14 days or longer require a complimentary clean and frequency will be dependant on the duration of your stay. The cleaning appointments and frequency will be arranged with you at your convenience.
**Please note that our home was cosmetically damaged in a hail storm. Our siding will need to be replaced with construction commencing in Spring 2025. If you have any questions please reach out prior to booking.**
