Nicely appointed with many updates throughout, we know you'll love this very comfortable Hilton Head Island home situated just a three or four minutes walk to the beach. The outdoor enthusiast will also enjoy miles of paved, shaded paths for walking, running, and biking on the island which are one block away ready for you to enjoy. The central location of this private home is also perfect for walking or bike riding to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment at Coligny Plaza as well as all the seaside fun at Coligny Beach Park.
The house offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house was renovated in 2018 and the bathrooms were re done in early 2021. There are two bedrooms with queen size beds and one with a full size bed. There is also a queen size Murphy bed in the living room. Off the dining room is a porch overlooking the pool, with plenty of seating, great for meals, card games, and more.
This home also features a private fenced in pool along with an enclosed outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off after enjoying the beach! There is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the ocean breeze or watch the kids play in the pool, There is also a 6 person hot tub
If you plan to cook, you'll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with a oven, cooktop, microwave, toaster, both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, as well as a gas grill on the pool deck - all perfect for cooking a great family meal any time of day.
