Located on the southern tip of Texas, South Padre Island offers a variety of activities for visitors, including outdoor activities (sunbathing, swimming, jet skiing, parasailing, kiteboarding, windsurfing, paddleboarding, kayaking, banana boat rides, fishing, and dolphin-watching tours), South Padre Island Birding and Nature Center (birdwatching), Sea Turtle, Inc Isla Blanca Park and Andy Bowie Park (hiking and biking), South Padre Island Golf Club, Long Island Village Golf Course, and South Padre Island Kite Festival.
When you book this coastal charmer, you are also granted access to fantastic on-site amenities, including a sparkling outdoor pool, easy beach access, poolside loungers, hot tubs, a game room (foosball table, pool table, pinball machines, and shuffleboard), theatre room, tennis court, and a fitness center.
This beach-view beauty enjoys a beautifully appointed open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. The living/dining area boasts inviting sofas and a dining table facing a smart TV with streaming and cable services to keep you entertained during your stay. Discover a well-appointed kitchen with all the essentials to prepare exquisite homemade meals and snacks on the go. This area opens onto a furnished balcony with impressive views of the beach and ocean where you can lounge with a favorite beverage in hand and plan your next adventures. There is a second balcony located on the opposite side featuring a grill and seating.
Sleeping arrangements include a main bedroom with a smart TV and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a separate jetted tub, and a walk-in closet.
Things to Know
Upon arrival, Guests who made the reservation must present a valid ID at the front desk. They must be accompanied by only members of their immediate family. For purposes of renting during these times, “family” is defined to include only members within the first degree of consanguinity or affinity (e.g parents, grandparents (including in-laws), and children). (Cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews, or nieces are NOT considered immediate family.) No two families can share one condo. The front desk will NOT allow check-in if the renters do not meet these requirements.
GUESTS: No guests are permitted to Renters. Primary guests must be at least 25 years old year-round. Wristbands are required to be worn at all times. A resort Fee of $15/day will be charged to renters, fees are capped at $150 per 30-day period.
