The home sits on 6 manicured acres yet it is close to all the excitement that downtown Nashville has to offer. The house is centrally located being less than 5 Miles to Downtown Nashville, the Nashville Airport and The Grand Ole Opry. Enjoy the serene peace and quiet of this beautiful property while being a short drive or Uber ride from all of the excitement.
On the main level the house has a large living room with flatscreen TV, office/game room, large kitchen with breakfast nook and a large dining room with seating for 10. There is a King size bedroom on the first floor and another room with a queen size bed. There is a shared full bath next to the King room.
Up the beautiful staircase you will find a Master King room with ensuite private bath, another Master Suite with King bed and connected shared bath with a room with two twin beds and a set of bunkbeds. This bathroom has an additional dressing area.
The outside has a beautiful area for entertaining with a gas grill, hot tub, large sitting area and fire pit! You will have ample privacy on 6 beautiful acres!
Host your small event at this beautiful home! We allow small events such as baby showers, graduation or rehearsal dinners, or intimate weddings. For an additional fee you can have up to 20 extra guests for your small event. Events are limited to a maximum of 30 people including the registered guests staying at the house.
