Our home is a modern two story five bedroom family home at the high point of a cul de sac in a quiet residential neighborhood. Fabulous ocean views!
A garden walk up to this light, spacious 5 bedroom 3 1/2 bath 3500+ sq. ft. home takes you to the front door that opens into a spacious cathedral ceiling dining room with a table for 8 and multiple French Door access to the backyard with a lovely pool, spa and plenty of attractive patio and pool furniture. And a barbecue! There is also a small, comfortable seating cluster in the living room from which to watch all the backyard activities.
A well-equipped kitchen with a chef’s stove, lots of storage will make you will feel right at home as you create culinary delights from simple snacks to hearty meals for your family and/or guests.
In the living room two large, comfortable couches create a great conversation pit from which you may also enjoy the 52” flat screen TV and/or a crackling fire in the fireplace. This room has several large windows, additional seating nooks, and French Doors that lead out to the back and side yards.
This home also features 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms. The master king bedroom has a very large beautiful bathroom with double sinks, a tub and a shower. There is a gigantic walk in closet which gives space for whatever clothes you choose to bring. full en suite bath with a shower/tub combo.
A 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, the 3rd has two twin beds. They share a "Jack and Jill" bathroom between the two bedrooms.
The 4th also has twin beds with an ensuite bathroom and the 5th has a queen bed and an absolutely spectacular ocean view. The Master bedroom also has a spectacular ocean view, and the other bedrooms look out at the garden with beautiful trees.
All bedrooms and bathrooms are furnished with luxury linens for your ultimate comfort. The bathroom include full hotel amenities so no need to bring your toothbrush, tooth paste, shampoo and conditioner etc.
There is also a washer and dryer available for your use.
There in the large 2 car garage and space in front for two cars side by side. Additionally there is plenty of onstreet parking.
Come escape to this gorgeous home with a pool and spa, a large back and front yard, so close to the ocean, three minutes to Wind n Sea beach, and five minutes to all the world-class shopping that La Jolla Village has to offer.
