Our Beach House is located in the exclusive Thomas Drive area. We are on the Beach side of Thomas Drive, so you don't have to cross the street to get to the are on the 5 houses from the ocean with just 150 footsteps to the sandy beach!
Our spacious three bedroom, two bathroom home is fully equipped with every necessity... fully stocked kitchen with Keurig and standard Coffee makers, quality linens, fine furnishings, four HDTVs, free internet service and a superior sound system! For those of you who wish to relax in your own private back yard you'll find a refreshingly beautiful gunite pool with a private patio, outdoor shower, lounge chairs, sundeck and palm trees, all enclosed by a six foot privacy fence!
The first floor features two bedrooms. One has a queen-sized bed and the second has a queen size sleeper sofa. A full bath and the laundry room are on the main floor as well as the garage. Upstairs on the second level you will find two private balconies one of which is located off the master suite (king bed) and overlooks the private pool and sun deck! The master bath is very spacious and has a huge Jacuzzi type whirlpool tub and shower. The spaciously designed kitchen has a breakfast bar and breakfast area that overlooks the living area and dining area... also featuring its own private balcony with double French doors peeking out at the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.
What are you waiting for? No having to wait for elevators here! Only a few foot steps (approx. 150 ft.) to the beach. No major streets to cross!! Luxury, privacy, comfort and convenience await you. Come enjoy the serene ocean breezes, the soothing sound of surf, sparkling emerald waters and the beautiful sunsets the incredible Gulf of Mexico has to offer!
Our home is ideally situated near a Super Wal-Mart, gas stations, convenience stores, fine dining/attractions and only a few miles from St. Andrews State Park!! We are located on the desirable, exclusive and quiet end of Thomas Drive, Panama City Beach... We are on the beach side of Thomas Drive approximately 175 ft. to the powder-like sand of the Beach!!
Best of all, our beach home is super neat & clean and like new. Our home is BEST suited for families or adults wanting a more upscale décor … and a quieter location on Panama City Beach.
