- The kitchen is open and features granite countertops plus it’s fully equipped with all high-quality appliances to prepare meals at home. It’s fabulous for those who like to eat healthy, have a specific diet or just like to eat in the peace and quiet of home and save money for sightseeing activities!
- There is a great dining table that can seat 6 comfortably for meals at home.
- Just off the dining and kitchen area is a half bath (sink and toilet) for added convenience.

The Neighborhood:
The condo is in Klem Luxury Residences condo building in a prime location in the coveted Zazil-ha neighborhood in Playa.
- Just a block away from the most beautiful street in Playa – the quaint 38th Street stretch from 5th Avenue to the beach! A favorite among tourists and locals as this tree-lined street with outdoor eateries and boutiques is one of the most romantic streets, especially at night when the lights are lit.
- A block from 5th Avenue, the quieter north end, with lovely restaurants and cafes nearby but none of the loud bars. 5th Ave is a 5-mile long pedestrian walk street that you should definitely walk up and down to the full experience of this famous street with boutique and souvenir shops, malls, street performers, eateries, bars and loads of people-watching!
- You’ll also find lots of vibrant shopping malls off 5th Ave like Quinta Alegria, the shops at Calle Corazón and Paseo del Carmen outdoor shopping mall at the south end of 5th by the ferry docks to Cozumel.

Getting Around:
The condo is 54.5 km/34 miles or about a 50 min drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s best to prearrange your airport transfers. There are shared-ride and private vans as well as rental car options. Let us know if you need any assistance. We’d be happy to help!
If you’re traveling in a rental car, there’s underground parking at the Klem Luxury condo complex and your condo comes with one free designated space. You can park in the street too but please be aware there are parking meters all throughout downtown Playa del Carmen. You need to look for the meter, pay with coins or debit/credit card in advance and then display your parking pass in the dashboard.
The condo complex is in the Zazil-ha neighborhood of Playa del Carmen and you can walk pretty much anywhere in town from here if you don’t feel like driving. You can also rent a bike or go by taxi around town. There are also two ADO bus stations in Playa with buses departing to Yucatan Peninsula destinations and other Mexican states. The bus is great for day trips or excursions out of town.

Please note there is construction happening in front of the condo building and noise can be heard during daytime work hours, Monday through Saturday.
For the month of June 2023 we will be doing excavation work, therefore the access to Calle 1era Norte will be closed.
Wi-Fi, Smart TV, bed linens, beach and bath towels are provided free for all guests during your stay.
There is no daily housekeeping service but the unit is always thoroughly cleaned prior to check-in. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested and for stays over 7 days, cleaning is complimentary.
Additional Services: We’re happy to assist you with other arrangements for a worry-free vacation, like weekly cleaning, airport transfers, tour info, and more. All of these services can be booked by contacting us prior to your arrival.
We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like fresh towels, drinking water, some soap, shampoo and toilet paper. Please note that these items are not replenished during your stay. If you’d like a grocery service/delivery, just let us know and we can arrange that for you.
Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 28 days or more. A meter reading will be recorded on the day of your arrival and then again on the day of your check out. Electricity for long-term stays is charged at a fixed rate of $5.22 pesos per kwh. The consumption will be charged through the booking platform or deducted from your security deposit. Please use the AC wisely and be sure to turn it off when not at home.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture
- Pets are not allowed unless there is prior authorization and an extra fee may apply if such is given.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
- It is requested to use the safe box in the rental for all your valuables. We will not be held responsible for any loss or theft.
- Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. Glasses, glass bottles, food or coolers are not allowed in the pool, the use of disposable or plastic glasses are allowed.
- If you're booking from a channel where we handle payments, you'll be charged a security deposit of $300 USD which will be refunded after your check-out accordingly (service fees may apply)
