SLEEPING ACCOMMODATION
7 out of 8 bedrooms feature King size beds with 10" memory foam mattress. One bedroom has a queen pull out couch in addition to king size bed. Last bedroom has a Queen size bed with the same 10" memory foam mattress.
LIVING ROOM / BASEMENT AREA features large sectional, 65'' TV, PS4, fireplace, Poker room, Pool table and Ping Pong table and Half Bathroom
DINING ROOM features seating for 16, real wood fireplace and exit to the deck that has a professional grade propane grill (WEBER), dining table, hot tub, sauna, lounge seating and pool.
KITCHEN is stuffed for all gourmet needs: stainless steel fridge, flat top stove, microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, coffee maker, toaster + various cookware.

House is located in beautiful area of Marshalls creek away from it all. Area is much less populated then Stroudsburg therefore making it ideal for city breaks! Still there are few large supermarkets in the area, including 24/7 Price Chopper (5 min away)
Bushkill Falls and Shawnee mountain are among the most popular attractions in the area

Midweek stay is 3 nights min (inquire if interested in shorter stay)
We don't allow change over day on Saturday
Maximum occupancy is 16. (No day guests allowed) Group may be evicted if this rule is broken. We verify number of guests via outside front cameras.
Pool is open May 24th - Sep 30. Pool water temperature is kept at 80F.
We have 6 parking spots
Minimum age for renters is 28 unless a family with kids (please inquire if younger).
Security damage deposit may be increased (depending on renters age).
Pet fee is $199/pet (subject to approval)
Driveway facing security camera in use.
Copy of the rental agreement will be emailed to sign.
