Private room at The Clinton Premier, a townhouse in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn, NY. The house was built in 1899 and newly renovated in 2013.. The room is rather large with a comfortable bed, 2 chairs, plenty storage for your things, Wifi, TV and cable. Heating and air conditioning controlled by guest. Shampoo, iron and iron board are included. Great pride was taken in restoring many of the original details of the house.
The property is located 2 minutes from the subway/train/tube and a 12 minute ride to downtown Manhattan. There you will find The Statue of Liberty, Ground Zero and Wall Street. The subway provides access to all parts of the city.
Several cafes, coffee bars, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance.

Summary: I am a student and had a 5 week stay at this property. The room was spacious and the bathroom was nice. The room is separated from the house with a big divider and included a mini fridge and desk along with some plates and cups. The bus and train were a close 2-3 min walk. There is also a grocery store and deli 2 min away. There were about 3 Laundromats close by to choose from as well. Fran was a generous host and was very pleasant.
