It is privately nestled up on a mountain overlooking thousands of acres of land. The beautiful house is located between Sturgis and Deadwood in the desired Boulder Canyon!
This house is 4,200 square feet with vaulted ceilings, tons of windows which allow natural light in and breath-taking sunrises. The house has 3 floors, 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, laundry room, kitchen with large dining room table that can seat 8 and a bar that seats 4. The house also has an office, a sauna, 2 wood burning fireplaces, one downstairs and one on the main floor. **Please note sauna and fireplaces are only for use during winter months.
This house features 5 bedrooms total, 1 being a huge master bedroom with a King Size Heavenly bed. It is located on the third (lofted floor) with its own bathroom. Office space also located on 3rd floor includes Queen Size Futon. This bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. On the main floor, there are 2 guest bedrooms that share a centrally located full bathroom. Each bedroom features a King Size bed. Downstairs, first floor, features the same layout as the main floor bedrooms. There are 2 guest bedrooms with Queen Sized Beds that share a centrally located full bathroom. The beds have new sheets and bathrooms feature new linens to be used. The house will include all amenities for cooking and doing laundry. WiFi is available as well.
Outside the house is a large wrap around deck, which is a great place for outdoor dining and grilling. On the deck, we have an outdoor table that seats 6. There is a Weber gas grill, Traeger pellet stove grill, and a 36 inch Blackstone griddle if you so desire to grill out and cook for your friends and/or your family. There is a heated 2 stall attached garage where you'll find tools and a pressure washer if needed. The garage also has 2 extra refrigerators for all of your food and drinks.
The house is located just 3 miles from Deadwood and a 10 minute ride to Sturgis. The road to the house is a little over a mile from the highway. This is a well maintained gravel road with a 30 to 40% grade for approximately 200 yards. ***Please use your own descretion when riding motorcyles!!
