Welcome to our beautifully renovated 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in Detroit - the perfect place for families and groups of friends to make unforgettable memories. Our two-story home offers plenty of space for everyone to gather and relax. The cozy living room is a great spot to unwind and chat, while the fully stocked kitchen is perfect for cooking and enjoying delicious homemade meals. And for some friendly competition, challenge each other to a game of ping pong in the large dining room. The additional half bath downstairs is also convenient when traveling with a large group.
Upstairs, you'll find all four bedrooms, each thoughtfully decorated with carefully selected furniture and decor to create a unique and inviting atmosphere. There are three bedrooms with queen-sized beds and closets for your convenience, and one bedroom with two individual beds. All bedrooms are equipped with dressers, reading lights, and ultra-comfortable high-density, 10-inch foam mattresses to ensure a peaceful night's sleep for everyone. Plus, there's a comfortable couch in the living room that can accommodate an additional guest.
Our home is equipped with all the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable and convenient, including parking on the street, central AC/heat to keep you comfortable, and laundry facilities to make packing light a breeze.
Please note that we require our guests to complete a pre-check-in form via a third-party application called Duve and pay a refundable $300 deposit fee as a guarantee. This application provides all the important details that you must know during your stay, such as check-in instructions, full address, WIFI, and more.

▶️Please do not throw trash or paper towels in the toilet to avoid clogging. Please use the trash can :)
▶️$250 penalty for having pets in the unit
▶️Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account
▶️On checkout please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you
➡️Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your security deposit and/or your booking account.
▶️The total number of guests in your reservation applies to anyone accessing the space during your stay, not just guests staying overnight. If you have more guests over than your booking was made for, you will either be charged for the additional number of guests during your stay or your booking will be canceled immediately without a refund.
