Summary: My wife and I snuck away to this little cabin tucked in the woods in hopes of losing ourselves in nature. Black Spruce did not disappoint. It was on the edge of town, perfect distance to be away from it all. There are three cabins but the way they are built detailed design and layout of the property offers lots of privacy and beautiful views from the "Green" Cabin We came at the beginning of the “fake Spring” and there was still ice and snow but the walkways were maintained well. The sauna was amazing after a day out enjoying the brisk weather. Inside the cabin, you the cabin feels roomy and comfortable with small touches that add to the experience. There were QR codes for tips on seeing the northern lights, places to eat, and attractions. It made us feel more like locals. It’s a short drive, around 30 minutes, to the Hot Springs and Nature Preserves. The host was very quick to respond to all of our messages and was very nice to meet. It was also very nice to see the efforts to be green and protect Mother Nature while also enjoying it. I would highly recommend this cabin to any couple that wanted their own Yukon adventure.
