On the main floor is a well-appointed kitchen, dining room, and living room with a cosy sectional, books, board games, and a vinyl record player. The full bathroom includes a large walk-in shower, double vanity with mirrors, flush toilet (people ask...), and heated tile floors. It has a large private deck built around a beautiful Texas Red Oak. Stairs lead down to a private brick patio in the dry creek bed below the treehouse and an outdoor stock tank bathtub for the most adventurous.
