This 2bd/1bath is located just enough away to feel remote and yet close enough to all the desert attractions.

With plenty of space for 6 guests, the house will feel like a home away from home. It features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. With a formal dining room, eat-in full size kitchen, and covered outdoor seating, there are multiple entertainment area options. The spacious living room is large enough to gather everyone to play board games, or to relax and watch a movie on our 55’’ TV.

The Joshua Tree Saloon - Fun in town bar, great atmosphere for larger groups
Pappy and Harriets - historic must-visit live music venue and restaurant (we suggest making reservations weeks ahead, especially for large groups.)
Organic Market in Yucca - delicious lunch, snacks, home-baked goods.
Frontier Coffee - a coffee shop with good breakfast/lunch as well. Across the street from an awesome antique store in Yucca.

- Early Check-in fee: $35 per hour

-The home is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in
-IMPORTANT: Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
-For your safety and security reasons many (but not all) of our homes have motion detectors and a security system, as well as exterior cameras.
-Hot tub is FREE to use but please be advised that the hot tub service is only being done once a week. We set the nightly rate at a very low and reasonable price so if you are not satisfied with the condition of the hot tub upon your arrival, we can call our hot tub service provider but a fee of $60 will apply.
-Lastly, please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs with a fee, but we can only confirm such requests 24 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours.
